1. About Us

We’re a non-for-profit website and do make any profits from selling coupons; therefore, we’re unable to provide great customer service like Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot as our support staff is limited and we don’t have the budget to improve our customer service at this time. However, we do 100% guarantee replacements and refunds if any of our customers have issues with their coupons and end up not saving. Note: Because we offer 100% guarantee savings at Lowes and Home Depot, we have a very strict replacement/refund policy in place and take cheaters very seriously so please read our Fraud Policy in section 5 for more information.

2. Coupon Usage

We require all buyers to use their Lowes and Home Depot coupons on the same day of purchase; while any coupons that were pre-order must be used within 48-hours. This includes any purchased, promotional, and replacement coupons. We’re almost always in stock and instant delivery operates 24/7, so there’s no need to purchase a coupon prior to when you’re ready to make a purchase at your preferred retailer.

3. In-Store Coupon Validation for Lowes

You can now validate Lowe’s in-store coupons on Lowes.com to make sure your coupon is active before going to a Lowe’s store. Just add enough items in your cart, enter the correct numbers in the coupon box inside your cart, and click apply to validate your coupon. That’s it!

4. Invalid Coupons

Our system automatically validates each coupon with a time-stamp of when our system validated a coupon before automatically sending out coupons instantly. In the unlikely event that your coupon is invalid, please see our replacement and refund policy in section 6 below. Though our system always validates a coupon before instantly being delivered, a coupon can become invalid at any time and it’s out of our control as the issue is directly related to Lowes and not us; contacting Lowes will not solve the issue, just contact us for a resolution. Lowe’s coupons will not work on the Lowe’s app; please manually type out the code in the promo box one by one if you received an error pasting the coupon code in the promo box; instead of copying & pasting. If you continue to have issues, please view our replacement and refund policy in section 6 below.

5. Scammers & Fraud for Lowes

In our effort to fight against fraud buyers, we have begun blacklisting scammers from our website, sending Lowe’s a list of potential scammers/high-risk buyers, and reporting all non-working coupons to Lowes before we can offer our customers a replacement or refund. Any orders associated with the reported non-working coupon will be canceled by Lowes and put on Lowe’s fraud radar; this also includes in-store coupons. Please only report non-working coupons if it actually doesn’t work. We want these retailers to continue offering these promos and avoid them halting the promos due to abuse. It’s not worth trying to scam for a few bucks.

6. Replacement & Refunds

You must report non-working coupons within 24-hours to [email protected] to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Any issues reported after 24-hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you’re eligible for a refund, then send an email to [email protected] with the required information below:

  2. Let us know if you want a replacement or refund.
Our agent is human and doesn’t operate 24/7 so please be patient for a response. We typically respond within 24-hours; if you don’t get a response within 24-hours, then please send a brand new email with the required information to [email protected]. If you’re at the store and need an immediate replacement, then we suggest purchasing another coupon from our website; or until it works; no more than 3x times though. We’ll refund any non-working coupons. You’re also protected by PayPal so you can always open a dispute if you feel like you don’t trust us for a refund. However, we recommend waiting for 24-hours for an agent to respond. If there’s no response (unlikely) within 24-hours, you can email [email protected]. In the event, there’s continued to be no response within 48-hours, then you may open a PayPal dispute and we’ll approve your dispute for a refund.

7. PayPal Disputes

We respond to all email inquiries within 24-hours; please don’t open a PayPal dispute before contacting us. If a PayPal dispute is opened before contacting us, then our system will automatically mark you as a high-risk buyer and put you under our system’s radar.

8. Lowe’s New ONLINE ONLY Coupon Policy

April 26th, 2021 update Our customers started using cards from https://privacy.com/ and were able to successfully bypass the limit by just changing card numbers and using different billing addresses with the same zip code using guest checkout on the same IP address for pickup. If you’re looking to place a pickup order, based on the data that we’ve collected, all you need is a different payment card with different billing information using guest checkout. For home shipments, this would be the same; see our previous update below. April 14th, 2021 update We’ve discovered that using a different credit card with different billing information and choosing an in-store pickup option while on a new IP address will bypass Lowe’s New ONLINE ONLY Coupon Policy. We recommend using credit cards from http://privacy.com/ if you don’t have access to another card with a different billing address. Privacy lets you generate an unlimited number of credit cards and you can use any billing address with the same zip code. April 8th, 2021 update We were able to use 4x of the same coupon on a single profile. The 5th one was canceled. A few of our buyers also got the same results while other were only able to place 2 or 3 per new profile. Due to Lowes’s new coupon policy, each account is limited to two coupons, per discount, per month. What does this mean? You can use 2x $20 off coupons, 2x 10% off, etc. If you try to use more than 2x of any discount, your online orders may be automatically canceled. This limitation DOES NOT apply to in-store purchases. If your order was canceled, then it means that Lowes have flagged one or all of the following:
  1. Your Shipping
  2. Your Billing Address (most important)
  3. Your Phone Number
  4. Your Card Number (most important)
  5. Your IP Address
  6. Your Email Address
In order to bypass this, we recommend using http://privacy.com/ where you’ll be able to enter any random name, email address, phone number, and billing address using the same zip code with a new card number to bypass this issue. The only thing that you won’t be able to change is your shipping address, but you can give it a shot and see what happens. You can also try ordering for pickup or deliver it to a friend’s shipping address.
